The Special Olympics holds a very special place in my heart as I've made so many sweet friends through my opportunities to photograph these amazing athletes! It is, by far, one of my favorite ways to volunteer my time behind the camera. :)
Sunshine On A Ranney Day: Eli's Story
Eli's passion in life is fast cars, so it was no surprise to find a cool hotrod show up for his photo shoot! It was quite appropriate that his shoot centered around cars as Sunshine On A Ranney Day was revamping Eli's carport so that he can get in and out of the van without the hassle of a cramped space. Juliana is all smiles! She should be. She has a sweet family, and she just got one of the coolest upstairs makeovers by SOARD! Not only did she get a new bedroom, she also had a more accessible bathroom makeover. Read her story and see her new space here.

Ayden in two words: all smiles. ") He and his sweet family live just down the street from downtown historic Canton, but today was the first day they really enjoyed roaming around. What a beautiful little town! Ayden's makeover is underway, so check back here for some updates very soon!
Sunshine On A Ranney Day: Hawk's Story
Hawk... oh, my! This sweet boy will simply steal your heart. He's had a rough start in life, but his amazing mom is his angel. She is so full of love for her little guy! Sunshine On A Ranney Day: Hudson's Story
Hudson and his service dog, Denali are the best of friends, and both are as sweet as can be! Sunshine on a Ranney Day is revamping Hudson's basement into a much-needed therapy room. Matthew is an athlete. He's strong- just what was needed to get through some things he has had to face recently.
